Sanghas and Temples in New England area
The internet offers ways for those far from temples to visit, see and hear services and teachings. Visit the Nichiren Shu Virtual Temple, Myoho-Ji, in Second Life. Click the SL icon above for more information and directions on entering Second Life. Several of the Nichiren Shu Temples in North America stream services on the web using Ustream. The group is moderated by a Nichrien Shu minister. The group welcomes all people to come and participate in the discusions or to get answers to their questions. Moderated by Rev. Taiko drums are used in Nichiren Buddhism during service. Miyoshi Daiko is located in the US near Shasta CA. The drums (Taiko) are made by hand with loving care. Once you have your drum, ask your minister to write Odaimoku on it.
